CCB payments usually arrive on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal statutory holiday, payment comes on the last business day before the 20th. December is the exception that proves the rule: the payment comes early for the holiday banking period.

About the 2027 dates: the July to December 2026 dates are the published CRA calendar dates. The January to June 2027 dates follow the same 20th / last-business-day rule and match every independent source checked at build time, but the CRA publishes its calendar progressively — confirm your own 2027 dates in CRA My Account or the MyBenefits CRA service before relying on them.

Small amounts, direct deposit, and missing payments

If the monthly amount is under $20 — an annual entitlement under $240 — the CRA pays one lump sum on July 20, 2026 (or later) covering the whole payment period, instead of twelve tiny monthly payments. Direct deposit is the fastest way to receive the CCB; cheques are mailed on the payment date and take extra days to arrive. If a payment has not arrived, wait five business days before calling the CRA.
